Who we are
This website is operated by SD Advisory (sdadvisory.in). For privacy questions or requests, contact sdutt@sdadvisory.in.
What we collect, and why
- AI Readiness Assessment. Your answers are scored in your browser. If you choose to send your details, we receive your name, email, company, your stated challenge and your score, so that we can reply with a breakdown.
- The AI Operations Brief. If you subscribe, we receive your email address so that we can send the brief.
- Enquiries. If you email or call, we keep that correspondence to respond to you.
- Consultation bookings. Booking links go to Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
- Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement. Cloudflare describes this service as not using cookies or tracking visitors across sites.
Who processes the data
Form submissions are handled by Formspree and delivered to SD Advisory by email. Hosting is provided by GitHub Pages. Interactive demos linked from this site may run on third-party platforms (such as Render, Hugging Face Spaces and Streamlit); please do not enter confidential or personal data into demos.
How we use and share it
We use your information only to respond to you, to send what you asked for, and to improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, then delete it on request or when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to unsubscribe from the brief, at any time by emailing sdutt@sdadvisory.in. Residents of India may exercise their rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
